What a program will look like
There is no one size fits all process that we follow together. Every person and every idea is different.
We normally start off with discovering what it is that you want to achieve and of course what your goal is whether this is to work as an auditor, consultant or contractor - or all three!
Based on this we then work together to come up with a plan to move your idea forward. There may be multiple areas that require your focus, so this is where I come in to help you. I'm great at breaking down tasks to achieve goals. Making great big goals into small bite size chunks. You are still in charge of this planning, with me supporting you along the way - sort of like your accountability partner.
We check in with each other every fortnight by Zoom and of course any time I'm needed by email. I can even give you a call if it's urgent. I do find that fortnightly Zoom catch ups do set a realistic timeframe for you to action any tasks however, if you want them closer together we can always modify them to suit you. This is YOUR program after all.
The process is completely personalised for you, your idea and your timeframe.
